Hello, we are David Meier and Lynn Chamberlain, owners of A Cabin on the Sky. We have lived in Index for over 20 years, where we met, fell in love and married. During our lives together we have traveled all over the United States and Europe and still think Index is one of the most dramatic and beautiful places in the world.
A Stone's Throw is a private bed and breakfast that only serves one couple at a time. The entire second floor will be yours where you will have total privacy. And you will not be sharing any of the facilities, or breakfast, with others. Sally O'Neil Coates, author of "Hot Showers, Soft Beds, and Day Hikes in The North Cascades" and also "The Unofficial Guide to Bed and Breakfasts in The Northwest," claims, "Index if full of surprises and the Stones Throw Bed and Breakfast is among the best of them." A Stone's Throw Bed and Breakfast is located at 406 Index Ave. in Index, WA. Rates are $90 per night, double occupancy, with a two night minimum stay required on weekends.
